Job Description:
The Conviva Sales Director, Paris, France, is an individual contributor that will have a solid understanding of the streaming video technology landscape, ability to effectively reach both key technical and business stakeholders to provide consultative & strategic sell through of the Intelligent Control Platform within existing relationships & net-new market opportunities.
Responsibilities
Manage a complex sales process from initial conversation through closure, involving necessary internal resources as necessary, and continue ongoing consulting for future upsell opportunities.
Build, manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders across multiple departments at video publishing companies for continued visibility and penetration within the given organization.
Understand each target customer’s business model, map their organization and identify how their unique business and/or technology needs can benefit from Conviva’s products and services.
Become trusted advisor to stakeholders within assigned target companies.
Effectively manage business as it relates to ongoing sales activity including pipeline forecasting, organizational mapping, contracts, proposals, legal.
Ability to grasp, comprehend and articulate new technologies as it relates to the Conviva product suite.
Qualifications
8-10 years of strategic sales experience
Documented history of exceeding quotas within a SaaS based model consistently delivering high six and seven figure deals.
Background building deep relationships within enterprise organizations in a consultative sales role.
Experience building and executing a complex sales strategy across multiple organizations
Demonstrated ability to work cross-organizationally, aligning multiple stakeholders and internal teams
Experience negotiating complex deals driving maximum value for our Customers and Conviva.
Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
