We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and coach one of the teams of OMCS Sales Representatives across the UK region. The task for the group is to raise the profile of OMCS by continuing to increase OMCS revenue growth, through focus on acquisition of new accounts and penetration of the Oracle customer base. OMCS has a growing portfolio of solutions applicable across all industries.
Brief description:
· Manage and lead team of sales executives across the UK
· Drive all sales initiatives in an assigned territory
· Leads identification and segmentation of all organizations in designated territory, plans and executes sales campaigns
· Win new OMCS sales revenue in line with targets
· Engage with customers and prospects to present and sell OMCS Solution Works with appropriate Oracle Partners and other lines of business
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Accountable for one of the OMCS Sales teams across the UK region
· Manage sales executives for OMCS sales and generate revenues in line with targets
· Manage and develop strategy and sales plan to address designated accounts and territories Plan campaigns and sales projects
· Part of EMEA OMCS management team
· Work with, and influence the activities of Oracle Partners - Understand & help further develop Oracle's OMCS strategic direction in EMEA
· Produce accurate weekly / monthly forecast and pipeline through assigned tools and processes for the group
· Assist Sales Executive in all stages of the sales process – specifically on closing opportunities
· Facilitate and nurture Senior Management relationships to generate active sponsorship of Oracle
· Maintain an understanding of Oracle's strategic direction and interpreting its relevance to the territory / industry
· Maintain an awareness of Oracle OMCS current and future solutions and services

Incumbents at the Manager level may manage only individual contributor sales account managers and may carry their own sales quota. The incumbent’s level may be determined by the size of the geographic area of responsibility (e.g., region vs. district vs. branch), the size or significance of the industry or product segment for which the incumbent is responsible, or other factors.
Job Requirements:
May be responsible for attaining sales objectives on branch/area/district/regional basis. Responsible for a limited territory/ industry/ product line. Primary duty is to manage individual contributors, but generally operates at a more senior level than Manager Level and may manage through subordinates. Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved. Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Manages a number of projects varying in complexity that need technical/business expertise. Focus on best practices and process improvements ensuring effective execution of operational plan while meeting Corporate specifications. Plans, implements and maintain budget for functional areas or sections.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent track record of meeting targets
· Demonstrated ability to close large complex deals
· Proven track record in building relationships at all level within companies
· Proven experience with international Sales Management and specifically across the European region
· Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English both written and verbal
· High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment
· Leadership skills
· Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment - Professional with good organizational and planning skills
· Team player
· Knowledge of the outsourcing industry is essential
