We are hiring an Analyst for the Digital Marketing Team in EMEA within the Global Business Marketing (GBM) organisation. We are responsible for launching, measuring and optimising EMEA marketing campaigns across digital channels (ads, web, social, email and others).
You are responsible for analytical work supporting the Digital Marketing organisation within GBM in EMEA. This includes, but is not limited to, audience targeting and analysis, data pipelining and delivery, testing set-up and deployment, measurement, data analysis and growth insights.
The ideal candidate loves breaking down problems, building solutions and delivering actionable insights. Prior online marketing, internet and advertising experience is preferred.
This position is full-time, based in our London Office.
Responsibilities
Identify actionable insights, provide recommendations and influence the direction of our Business Marketing strategy in EMEA
Analyse marketing or product data to identify opportunities to drive growth
Support cross-channel marketing efforts from audience targeting, through test set-up and tracking and measurement and reporting
Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, and models to support marketing decision-making
Design and deploy dashboards (FB Internal and Tableau) that helps manage Facebook’s growing marketing activities
Look for opportunities to automate process and build scalable infrastructure to support the marketing organisation
Clearly communicate insights to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders for better decision making
Requirements
3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
Experience with an Internet-based company and/or advertising platform preferred
Experience with SQL required
Strong critical thinking and reasoning required
Experience with visualising data through Tableau, Micro-strategy, or other scaled visualisation tools preferred
Ability to share/present complex results of analysis in a clear and compelling manner that inspires action
Direct experience working with large data-sets (Hadoop, Hive/Pig, Teradata) a plus
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and strong business acumen
Ability to present complicated data findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
