As the Director Accounting Operations you will be tactically leading the accounting and reporting team and responsible for the quality of delivery of the overall accounting operations strategy & vision, liaising with internal/external stakeholders your role will be to understand how we can do things better and create/deliver a strategy to improve the function, driving transformation activities across the team. The Director Accounting Operations team will lead a team of 10 in the UK and 16 outsourced employees

To hit the ground running in this role you will need a track record of managing teams and improving processes across a finance function. You will be a qualified accountant who has preferably working in a multinational shared service centre and a background in a Big4 accounting firm isn't essential but would certainly bolster your application.
