Based within a high profile global pharmaceutical contract we are looking to recruit an FM Solutions Delivery Director to provide strategic design & programme leadership for the contracts new build programme. The role will take accountability for the delivery of all FM solution creation utilising proven &established tools & techniques .

Create the new services solution for the Cambridge Head Quarters within a specific timeframe and in line with client brief
Work closely with the senior leadership team within both organisations.
Design and operate a flexible space delivering FM services that contribute to improving client employee engagement, productivity and retention.
Work closely with the client Project team to reach a common goal and agreed deadlines.
Working as part of the client and Sodexo Account team – being the “voice of the client” within Sodexo
Plan and design the programme and proactively monitor its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
Define demarcation in the service delivery model between base building and IFM services provider
Provide fit out design input to maximize user experience and productivity and optimise service delivery efficiency
Be the conduit between the requirements identified by the client, and the Sodexo SME’s for each service line to build the services architecture to .drive the best of Sodexo throughout solution development
Experience in solutions design through consolidation of OE/data analysis, market research and customer expectations
Experience of translating and developing FM solutions into deliverable & sustainable solutions
Proven track record with a minimium of 5 years’ experience of Programme management on major programmes
Good knowledge of project management disciplines i.e PRINCE2;
Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes, including risk management, budget and resource allocation procedures;
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office including MS Project
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders;
Ability to find innovative ways of solving problems;
Understanding of the wider implications of the programme;

Working knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management and Pharma
Blue chip / major consultancy trained
