An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hotels.com Customer Marketing team, working on the award winning Hotels.com Rewards loyalty programme as well as wider customer data and CRM functions to drive customer engagement.
Although ultimately project based, the successful candidate is likely to initially be asked to cover the Maternity Leave of the "Director, Loyalty Experience” in the Hotels.com Rewards team

Responsibilities:
Define and own strategic and operational projects driven by the Customer Marketing team at Hotels.com which may include:
Temporary management of the Hotels.com Rewards Loyalty proposition:
Management of the Hotels.com Rewards proposition and evolution to meet changing business goals and market conditions
Development of engagement strategies for different customer segments to drive repeat behaviour through low cost channels
Exploration and delivery of new opportunities to provide additional value for members
Responsible for the end to end loyalty customer experience (site, app, call centre, CRM), including managing the Loyalty Product delivery and operation in collaboration with the product team
Insight projects to drive a better understanding of our Customer
Ownership of overall proposition to specific, underserved customer segments such as “Families”, “Business” or “Groups”
Management of Audience based marketing strategy

Qualifications, experience and skills:
MBA, Management Consulting experience or Marketing Consulting experience preferred
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities. Must be comfortable working with Analytics in guiding and using data analysis.
Able to tackle unstructured/undefined problems and apply strategic frameworks
Experience in developing marketing initiatives to drive a high level of customer engagement.
Experience in conceptualising and developing presentations for senior-level meetings. Can guide team members/colleagues in the development of high-quality presentations
Strong attention to detail
Strong influencing skills
Able to prioritise and focus on high priority projects while keeping mid/low priority projects on simmer
Able to juggle projects as needed (i.e. able to shift priorities quickly).
Strong desire and ability to be collaborative. Must be able to work well in a collegial and casual work environment
