Managing the entire sales process and building a working structure to be able to forecast accurately and consistently, you'll act as part of the European Pro Imaging Team, proactively participating in Pan-European meetings and helping with projects or tasks where appropriate.
You'll ensure all contract templates and variations have been agreed with the appropriate representatives in Marketing, Finance, Service Marketing and Order Management; providing customer input and market trends to the marketing team to help them formulate channel and customer marketing strategies. Liaising with the Order Management, Service and Support and Finance teams you'll ensure propositions move rapidly to orders, invoices and cash generation.
You'll be required to continuously monitor profitability development on all major accounts, enforcing account processes to optimise profitability and to up sell all of Canon's value products/ solutions. Together with the Sales Director/Sales Manager/European Team develop and implement appropriate sales tools and sales charters to expedite the channel sales cycle, ensuring active use of tools e.g. Oracle, SalesForce, IRIS, Steel Wedge and other internal account planning tools.
