Telefónica has the marketing and services to reach millions of customers. Through these channels, we can give advertisers numerous ways to connect with a huge audience. And that’s exactly what O2 Media does. You’ll play a key role in this rapidly developing business as our Head of Loyalty.

You’ll be responsible for the overall strategy for the commercial and media aspects of loyalty and loyalty-related programmes. You’ll also develop propositions for third party involvement in loyalty programmes, manage the media interfaces into our loyalty product channels, deliver revenue, support partners and drive product development from a media perspective. You’ll have particular responsibility for our Priority Moment channel. It means managing a sales team and handling product development, commercial opportunities and P&L-related sales and campaign management. We’ll also look to you to spot new partners and develop relationships with them; work with affiliate networks and a wide range of stakeholders; and manage media performance. 

Desired Skills & Experience

Organised and client-focused, you’ve worked in product marketing and can drive strong commercial deals. You gained your experience in partnership, loyalty and product development, building expert knowledge of digital media in the process. Naturally, you’re familiar with the loyalty sector and have plenty of knowledge and contacts. You’ll also have experience of the affiliate network ecosystem.

Skilled in communication, you give polished presentations and manage clients’ expectations. What’s more, you’re comfortable with team financials: client forecasting, budget control and reporting. Above all, you are passionate about marketing communications and ready to pitch in to get results. With these talents, plus your gift for strategic thinking, you’ll take our loyalty programmes to the next level.
