Sales Director - Enterprise Products - Persistent Systems - London




Job Description

Responsibilities:
Directly manage and grow existing and new enterprise accounts for our enterprise software products
Assist other account teams as an overlay sales executive to expand client automation business into their customers; cross-sell and collaborate on opportunities
Expand the sales opportunities within the region by locating new license and services opportunities with enterprises in the region
Identify and secure new high quality resellers
Provide regular and accurate reporting and forecasting for the region to executive team
Meet or exceed an annual sales quota
Engage product team to refine service offerings for specific market segments
Recommend and initiate improvements to sales and marketing operations

Desired Skills & Experience

Education and/or Experience:
University college degree or equivalent technical qualification. MBA is a plus.
Successfully sold into large Enterprise and have good relationships and contacts with decision makers
Proven record of sales success in selling to the Enterprise IT infrastructure management to IT professionals in large enterprises
Knowledge of end point management solutions is a plus (PCCLM, MDM, VDI)
Strong account management skills
Fluent in English
Fluent in language consistent with the sales region
10+ years of software sales experience with a proven track record of finishing in the top 10%
Willing and able to travel within the region 25-40% of the time as well as to conferences and to US HQ;
Able to work effectively and efficiently as a self starter
Sales experience with appropriate “target companies”
Possess excellent communication (oral and written) skills and the ability to interact effectively with peers, internal/external clients and prospective clients

Solid financial skills
Experience with salesforce.com or other CRM
