Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, this unique role offers a fantastic opportunity for a progressive and innovative Senior Level finance professional to join our Finance Leadership team based in Shepherd’s Bush, London as Head of Commercial Finance. Working as a true Business Partner within TalkTalk Consumer division, you will work with the Consumer team to develop clear financial strategies whilst supporting the division’s aggressive growth plans and working closely with the Directors of mobile, fibre, TV and online.

This will involve the following responsibilities:
Act as a business partner to the commercial group with a focus on supporting the directors of mobile, fibre and TV and on-line
Ensure all new products are absolutely at the centre of TalkTalk’s strategic priorities
Provide insight and analysis to drive efficiencies and identify value enhancing opportunities
Looking closely at new product developments and driving efficiencies in customer lifetime value; providing both financial and operational advice to key stakeholders
Develop and motivate the finance team
Challenge and problem solve with the Mobile, Fibre, TV and Online Directors
Build strong relationships both with the business and across finance

Desired Skills and Experience
You will need to be:
A skilled communicator, used to working at Group / Strategic Level
Qualified Accountant
Excellent at building relationships and the gravitas to influence at all levels across the organisation, both within and outside finance
Strong academics and clear evidence of career progression
Working knowledge of subscription businesses
Used to taking personal responsibility for getting things done and resilient to obstacles. Output focused.
Experienced at a Senior level within Commercial Finance – preferably from a subscription based, fast-paced sector, for example Telecommunications or Retail
