Senior Director - Franchise and Company Operations - BURGER KING - Slough

Job description
Under direct supervision of Country General Manager, and acting mainly in the field it will responsible of blending the franchise and company strategy to make a stronger brand.
On the franchise It will stablish the franchise priorities for the year to be executed with the proper franchisees according with the main goal and objectives defined in a yearly basis with the Leadership team of the region.
On the company side, it will supervise the performance of the company restaurants and take the proper decisions to increase the profitability of the restaurants portfolio and reach the objectives defined by the EMEA Operating plan. Will need to coordinate the operationals and marketing initiatives from other departments both in franchise and company business.

Principal accountabilities:
Stablish the franchise strategy and the main management routines to be executed it (visit to franchisees, management tools, priorities, actions plans…)
Create the proper network between the company and franchise teams, amongst others, to act as One System, so everyone can get the feedback from his/her counterpart. To have team meetings and to develop management routines to track the brand standards and objectives
Act as a main representative of the region in the EMEA operations calls and meetings
Supervise the company business and take the proper decisions to ensure the achievements of company goals
Help and coordination in implementing operational and marketing initiatives in the system.
Salary range: 75.000-100.000£

Desired Skills and Experience
- Engineering degree.
- MBA
- At least 6 years of experience in operational roles and business development.
- Strong knowledge in financial management.
- Leadership skills to manage a broad time of different profiles and seniority.
