The purpose of this role is to provide our top tier clients in Financial Services with an opportunity for a strategic partnership that will enable clients to identify prioritize and conceptually design their short term objectives on a longer term transformational roadmap.
Desired Skills and Experience
Proven client development and leadership experience in a consulting, business development, or big integrator environment. In addition, candidates must have gained a significant portion of their experience within the Financial Services sector and have a deep understanding of the Technology related challenges faced by the industry today, eg. Security, Cloud Computing, Network & Infrastructure.
Specific Skills: Ability to interact at the most senior levels internal to Verizon and in the client organization
Ability to communicate knowledge and expertise to provide insight and direction to the client
Ability to coach, mentor and train others within Verizon and have the ability to educate the customer on the benefits of a proposed solution
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure cohesive efforts toward a shared goal
Present information to management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Self-motivated, resilient, can-do attitude to overcome obstacles and find resolution in sometimes difficult conditions
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to strong analytical skills
Leader and orchestrator, persuasive and respected
Whilst demonstrating all the high level characteristics outlined, also has appropriately technical background to enable qualification and distinction between sometimes complex conflicting alternatives in network service delivery
Market relationships with key vendor partners and or customers/analysts etc.
