Audience Solutions team Overview
The EMEA Audience Solutions team is responsible for driving product-specific sales and supporting local solution-based sales teams in revenue initiatives. The team is variously responsible for media buying, data strategy and acquisition and for driving efforts across the organization to build the most efficient, profitable and smooth-running marketplaces for our direct response and targeted advertising business, both on a programmatic and a managed basis.
The team supports all countries across EMEA and has people working across all of our offices. The team works very closely with Sales, Account Management, local Solutions Development teams, Ad Operations, Global Product, Media as well as all other functions, including but not limited to PMM, Legal, Finance and HR.
Manager, The Yahoo Trading Desk, EMEA Role
We are currently searching for a leader for a new and exciting initiative: the launch of Yahoo’s Trading Desk into the EMEA market for small and medium agencies and direct clients. This role will be charged with developing The Yahoo Trading Desk offer and will have end to end responsibility for both the commercial strategy and the operations, working closely with multiple sales teams to drive this new revenue initiative in a coherent and collaborative manner. The successful candidate will be comfortable with RTB platforms and technology, which will be complemented with strong sales and execution skills.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Developing the commercial strategy for this initiative across our key markets
• Working with Sales teams across EMEA on identifying prospects and help pitch for new business
• Set-up processes for the end to end roll out of this initiative as it scales, including pulling in support from AdOps, Campaign Analysts, Legal, Finance, etc
• Support the Learning & Development team in rolling out training for this solution across the relevant business units
• Working alongside the Audience Solution Managers and Campaign Analysts on the optimal set-up of the Yahoo Trading Desk campaigns
• Managing the relationship with our DSP partners
• Feeding into the product teams on our future tech capability requirements

Requirements / Experience
· 6 years experience in the Online, Technology, Media with proven capabilities across performance display
· Minimum of 12 months experience in an RTB specialist company
· University degree essential
· Fluency in French of great benefit
· Demonstrated ability to work with senior management across multiple locations to execute complex projects with tight deadlines
· Proven track record and commercial experience as a project manager
· Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue goals
· Strong knowledge of overall display ecosystem, particularly around performance/direct response and programmatic trading
· Experience in being effective within a matrix org structure
· Extensive experience in a multinational business structure
· Analytical problem solver with a can-do, positive attitude and who is passionate about business analysis
· Good verbal, written and presentational skills
