Your Key Responsibilities
Two of the key areas within corporate finance are the Group Tax and Group Treasury teams. The Group Tax team provides support to all areas of the business, ensuring that the group’s tax risks are managed and understood, whilst the Group Treasury team look after all aspects of the group’s financing including raising debt and investing surplus cash.


As the PA to the Tax and Treasury Director, you willl act as an essential point of contact for the Director of Tax & Treasury, the Group Treasurer and the Tax Director, as well as offering administrative support to all members of the tax and treasury teams.

The Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
Outlook Calendar management and arrangement of meetings
Screening telephone calls, dealing with enquiries and redirecting calls
Developing and maintaining both filing systems and spreadsheets
Preparation of personal expense claims and administration of invoices
Recording and monitoring of movements and absence on the HR database
Production of agendas and arrangement of national and international travel
Production of letters, memos, presentations, reports, and other documentation
Administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, emailing, distributing documentation and ordering stationery via an online system

Your skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High standards and a focus on attention to detail.
A positive outlook, and an enthusiasm and willingness to exceed expectations
Strong team-working abilities, with good interpersonal and communication skills
A sound knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The ability to adapt to pressurised, fast moving working environments
