As part of this role the candidate will carry revenue and order book targets for Wipro Analytics business in the named account(s)
Collaborate closely with the Global teams to develop proposals, presentations, statement of work (SOW) and proactively recommend strategies to grow Analytics & Information Management presence in existing accounts
Work with Account/Sales teams to manage the pre-sales process with clients and provide the leadership throughout the sales-cycle from initial qualification to closure of the deal
Play an advisory role to customers and prospects and provide thought leadership & IT/ Business transformation recommendations in various technology areas.
Work with India/Global based practice teams on RFPs/Events/Go-to-Market (GTM) on solutions
Own account plans and targets for named accounts in the Insurance verticals for Europe region, including forecasting revenue and order book, maintaining and growing pipeline funnel
Work with the identified key alliance partners and software vendors to jointly develop and own GTM plans
Managing work in such a way that the results are both of distinctive quality and useful to the client in terms of improving competitive position
Desired Skills and Experience
Ideal candidate will have an overall 10 – 12 years of work experience with at least 5 years in Management/ Technical Consulting in the area of Big Data, Analytics, BI and Information Management.
Sales Experience: 5+ Years
Experience in the Insurance Vertical is preferred
Prior experience in a highly collaborative and matrix’ed environment or any experience with a Global Delivery Model based IT Services Company will be an added advantage.
Excellent Communication, Customer Interaction and Presentation Skills are mandatory
Should be comfortable interacting with Sr. IT and Business Leadership levels (COO/ CIO Levels) within the Customer space
Master of Science (preferably in Computer and Information Sciences or Business Information Technology) or an Engineering degree in the above areas.
70% – 80% Travel – (UK/Europe) with occasional international travel
