Job Description:
The Candidate in this role will take the responsibility to formulate strategy to develop the market for Internet Access Services, IZO Internet WAN and Enterprise WAN.The candidate will review also validate and provide training to pre-sales engineering team on solution design to make sure pre-sales could capture critical customer requirement.
This position also needs to work together with IP/IZO Product Manager, IP Engineering and Global Access Strategy team to define the best solution practice.
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Formulate strategy to capture Enterprise customer in Europe region for IZO Internet WAN and Enterprise WAN services.
Establish best solution framework based on the product specification of Internet Services including DIA, IP Transit, IZO Internet WAN and IZO Public.
Formulate and validate major RFP/Bid based on the solution framework defined together with Engineering and Product Management.
Provide training to pre-sales engineering team based on the framework defined.
Develop solution based on existing product capability / specification.
Evaluate and explore new solution concept based on RFP trend and feedback to Product Management team for new product development initiatives;
Prepare necessary documentation for proposal template
Exploring different technology and company to use the new technology or partners to enhance the product or reduce the cost to improve the best end user experience.
