Job Description:
The role of the PixelUK director is to deliver the Pixel Business Plan and build the business unit across the firm in the UK:

Owns the delivery of the business plan for Pixel in 2017 and beyond
Defines and communicates the PixelUK delivery plan
Defines and tracks the KPI for the Pixel business unit
Understands the size of the opportunity and brings huge enthusiasm to turn PixelUK into a core delivery method for Deloitte
Manages the Pixel practice and delivery teams
Builds the Pixel advisory and delivery teams and capability across the firm
Responsible for securing the right resources, their performance management and professional development
Manage Pixel engagement resources, ensuring the right resources are available for Pixel delivery and advisory engagements
Builds and continuously improves the advisory and delivery processes for Pixel UK

Is an advocate and subject-matter-expert for Crowdsourcing in the firm
Representing PixelUK at internal and industry events
Building awareness of the Pixel team and their service catalogue within the firm
Building awareness of the Pixel offering in the external market
Owns the relationship with Pixel teams in other Deloitte member firms
Builds upon and develops the Pixel offering in the UK and globally
Owns the strategic vendor relationships with our Crowdsourcing Vendor Partners
Establishes new vendor partnerships, where appropriate
Establishes favourable framework agreements
Quality assures the offering across the various practice offerings
Manages the risk of engagements and offerings
Engaging with key Risk managers in the firm: Cyber, Security, QRM etc to ensure the quality and security of Pixel delivery
Responsible for any formal reporting into the firm and to the Exec
Chairs and facilitates the Pixel UK steering board
To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture


Requirements

Professional and Personal Skills

Respected and credible leader who is a strong influencer and negotiator
Strong business acumen able to ensure that the Pixel offering delivers strong business value for the firm
Organised and able to roll-up sleeves and create and implement as required
Well-networked within the firm (or within the industry)
A strong and confident public speaker
A change agent with experience driving change and transformation agendas or programmes
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience Needed

An ambitious Director, newly-promoted
Experience in professional services is essential,
Ideally the candidate should be internal, with more than one year tenure within one of Deloitte’s service lines
A returning professional could also be a good candidate
Experience with the development of a new proposition within the firm or at another professional services firm
Has led large, complex programmes with high level stakeholders and multiple workstreams with a variety of vendors or delivery methods
Experience with Vendor or 3rd party relationship management
A Plus
Has led a start-up company
