Job Description:
Identify and capture potential licensing and business collaboration opportunities in Europe
Develop and execute strategies for the commercialisation of the company’s intellectual property asset across the EMEA region.
Lead and support origination, negotiations and execution of patent and technology licensing agreements and patent sale transactions to third parties
The Candidate
Possess at least eight years licensing experience in Entertainment & Media, or Telecommunications sectors within Europe
Demonstrated ability to commercialise Intellectual Property
An excellent educational background to degree level or beyond in Engineering, Business or Law
Possess a proven and successful track record in concluding significant licensing contracts in Europe
Possess an excellent knowledge in all aspects of IP activities such as licensing, contract negotiations, infringement, patents, intellectual property monetisation, IP portfolio management
This role can be based in the UK or Luxembourg
