Senior Business Development Manager Content Partner Acquisition Video Amazon London

We are looking for a strong commercial manager to join a rapidly expanding area of Amazon Video and grow our third party subscription business in Europe. This will be a highly visible role and will make a significant contribution to the growth of our business in the EU.
Key responsibilities
Identify new content partnership opportunities
Structure, negotiate and agree deals with studios, channel groups and more niche video media organizations
Work with in-house and external legal counsels to draft, negotiate and bring contracts to signature
Ensure smooth on-boarding of partners onto Amazon Video platform
Work with in-life merchandising teams for ongoing success and customer subscription growth
Establish strong relationships with partners and help them define new subscription services that Amazon customers will love
Basic Qualifications

A successful candidate must be able to demonstrate
Commercial strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proven track record in establishing commercial relationships with third parties
Strong business development and negotiation skills
A good understanding of the UK pay-TV and digital video markets
Experience in either a large content group (channel group or studio), acquirer of content (e.g. Pay TV) or media rights
Good contacts and relationships across video media industry in the UK
