Directors will have responsibility for:
Developing strategic business solutions: understanding client problems and leaving the development of analytically-driven solutions
Project Management: Oversight of analytics projects, ensuring the workstreams achieves the agreed outcomes to a defined deadline and with budget. This includes working with all grades of client management (including board level) to gain their trust and cooperation, and ensure client happiness
Stakeholder Management: Working with senior partners develop and foster relationships with key clients
Business Development: Originating and leading sales and developing our analytical propositions (including new propositions)
Delivery: Leading a range of projects and programmes (including QA), in which team members are building statistical, predictive models and working with data analysis, data visualisation and programming tools, ensuring that strategies are delivered using change management best practices
Leading and driving a proposition to go to market
Proactively supporting the management and development of our practice, including mentoring junior consultants
Having a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; having a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture
Assisting and enabling in team recruitment and training
Requirements
To qualify for the role you must have:
Experience of conducting complex data analysis/pricing
Experience of leading consulting engagements
Extensive experience in a broader Management role
Strong consulting and technical skills gained either in a consulting or industry environment
Track record of strong, active career development with evidence of progression
Full travel mobility
Additional desirable experience includes:
Advanced degree in a quantitative subject, or business/economics with a focus in quantitative methods and/or equivalent working experience in the data analytics space
Knowledge of statistical software such as SAS, SQL, SPSS or similar
Advanced knowledge of Excel
