PURPOSE OF ROLE
To be the principle point of contact within a Business Group / Unit for preparation of PRM Book and be responsible for cash reporting, monthly management reporting, group budgets and forecasts for a portfolio of contracts.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibility for a portfolio of contracts to include the following :

Consolidate and review budgets, forecasts, business plans

Preparation of cash reporting& detailed contract P&L's

Preparation of monthly management accounts

Preparation of budgets and forecasts

Preparation of Main Board Papers

Preparation of Client Reports

Prepare Divisional management accounts and comparison against forecasts and budgets

Monitoring of performance against internal audit recommendations

Preparation and consolidation of accounts packs at half year and year end

Ad-hoc finance projects on individual contracts e.g. review of system, review of contract performance.

Liaison across the business with Senior Management Business Accountants, Finance Analysts, Treasury, Shared Service Centre and Outsourced Provider.

Ad hoc tasks as required by the Senior Finance Manager and Senior Finance Team







ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION

The sucessful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant.

This role is mainly based in the London Euston office but will require some travelling to different accounts in the region as part of the normal working duties to support the individual contracts. Other ad hoc travel may be needed as and when required.
