Reports to Vice President, Strategy & Digital, UK Cluster
Direct reports:
1. Director, Product & Content Operations (who in turn has two direct reports)
2. Two Digital Media Managers in CEE
3. Digital Media Manager in Nordics
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a pan-regional team of product managers
Develop, deliver and manage all digital product and content operations in the UK, Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe, and Russia.
Products include apps (B2B and B2C), site and social
Partner in creation and management of UK cluster digital product roadmap – with a strategic long-term view, proactive medium term approach and highly reactive in the short term
Work with the digital commercial and editorial teams to ensure we deliver our overarching KPIs
Have a clear perspective on our current technology stack (e.g. platforms, video player, ad ops, content management and publishing tools, reporting tools, etc…)
Ensure frictionless content ‘movement’ across our brands and regions
Act as key day-to-day point person for internal and external owners of our technology
Have a strategic and long-term view of our platform roadmap
Be a thought-leader. Lead innovation.
Be an advocate for Digital at a senior level working closely with senior leaders throughout the business including the Affiliate and Ad Sales teams

Strong Management and leadership skills, experience of creating a high performing team
