Key Account Director - Market Research - Toluna - London
Job description
Toluna UK is seeking high-quality individuals to work within our Corporate Sales Department which has delivered double digit growth year on year since 2010.
Key Account Management
Sell Toluna’s online products & services to selected UK Key Corporate clients
Attain and exceed all established individual indicators, objectives, quotas and guidelines
Build excellent client relationships offering value-added, insightful and strategic input to their business
Prospect for new business / projects within established clientbase via networking new buying points
Upsell & cross sell Toluna products through the organisation bringing in expertise from preferred Agency partner when appropriate
Participate in all ongoing Toluna training as required
Input all relevant information into the appropriate sales tracking databases, including: bids, prospect and client contacts, meeting reports, etc
Provide support where required to line manager & colleagues on large or complex projects
Industry and Toluna Knowledge
Demonstrate knowledge of all Toluna offerings as well as how they relate to relevant business and research issues clients face
Continually stay abreast of new product offerings, market research industry issues and competitive strengths and weaknesses
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years proven consultative sales experience within Market Research industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Definitive track record of sales success with existing or new business clients
Ability to thrive in a quota driven & time sensitive environment
Strong computer proficiency, especially in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint – in particular, comfortable creating & delivering proposal documents
Excellent communicator who is able to articulate the Toluna value proposition via ‘phone, e-mail, face to face
Panel / research experience an advantage
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as in a team environment
