Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Director to work within the London market.

The Business Development director will have overall responsibility for driving sales to nominated accounts; with a particular emphasis on the account management of our existing relationships, whilst also identifying and developing new accounts. You will also make a significant personal contribution to the development of sales from within the sales team.


The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of selling retail funds in the discretionary/intermediate market place, and ideally hold a relevant qualification such as the IMC. You will possess excellent communication skills, in order to influence clients and also manage internal and external stakeholders. You must also be fully conversant with the FSA’s principles of treating customers fairly. This is a highly responsible position within Aviva investors managing a team of sales professionals, you must have the drive to succeed personally, and be able to inspire others to achieve sales targets as well.
