We are looking for a Senior Operator who can think strategically to fill this high profile role. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced Director and one which will allow the successful applicant to support the strategic direction of the delivery of exceptional facilities services and build long term client relationships. You must have experience of management within both corporate and pharmaceutical environments.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has managed large teams and high turnover who wants to continue to support the growth of this contract.
This role requires a full driving licence due to national and some international travel.

Main responsibilities
Lead in the delivery of profitable growth through new and existing client contracts and relationships.
Accountability for £34million turnover
Implement business strategy in line with current and emerging client needs
Own, define, maintain and manage sector and account development plans, as well as leading the change management process and associated Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) ensuring risks are mitigated
Drive innovation and continuous improvement of people, systems, processes and offer
Support the business development team in identifying opportunities with existing and new clients to maximise profit and growth and sell additional services
Set and agree overall annual budgets with finance and develop unit business plans and local area plans which link to the overall Segment strategy and objectives
Take overall accountability for delivering services to the agreed specification and service level agreements/standards required by the contracts within your assigned area
Act as a Sodexo Ambassador and champion for retention for Investors in People
Ideal candidate
Experience of managing multisite and multiservice contracts within a pharmaceutical environment
Good standard of literacy and numeracy
Experienced in using Microsoft Office
HNC/BIFM qualification or 5 years senior management experience
Proven experience in managing P&L accounts
Proven operational knowledge, skills and experience in managing multi-site/multi service operations
Management of large and diverse teams
Ability to interpret and utilise complex and varied financial and commercial information
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and employees at all levels
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment
