The Role
As the Director of Customer Acquisition & Engagement you’ll design and lead an organization that can rapidly deliver sales for International OTT services in each of markets we launch into.
This is a pivotal role requiring you to be a driven, dynamic, self-starter with excellent relationship building skills.
Your Responsibilities
Market analysis and segmentation – work with marketing, SPG and local agencies to understand the market segments and associated headroom. Work with finance to inform the business plan
Accountable for sales and trading planning and performance across all routes to market
----Develop and manage a sales & trading plan – work with marketing, retail and product teams to forecast and deliver sales targets and associated KPIs (e.g. SAC)
Build strategic relationships with key retailers (both national and international) to aid brand awareness, credibility and distribution, and to maximise prominence and sales
Work with the product team to optimise the online sales journey, including box sales and content activation
Skills
To apply for this role you must demonstrate your ability to establishing a trading discipline with subsequent market launches evidencing the following skills, behaviours and experience:
Pragmatic sales planning and effective trading techniques to deliver targets / KPIs
Knowledge of market segmentation, sales pipelines, and how best to unlock headroom
Understands digital (e-commerce, marketing, web analytics, etc.)
Understands multi-channel approach
Experience in international sales and marketing functions
Experience of delivering new product launches
Proven sales track record
Ability to lead a sales team remotely
Excel skills to build sales plans
Linguistic abilities are an added advantage, particularly Spanish.
