Job Description:
The role is to ensure consistent project establishment through the application of industrialized set-up practices & adherence to the set-up model by CPMs. This is achieved through active engagement during the pre-sales process & providing direct coaching & mentoring support to the CPM during the establishment phase. Provide input to the SDP3-TG3 handover process & secure best practice implementation.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Mentor & coach the CFR/CPM
Lead & support the CPM through the project establishment phase
Drive best practice implementation during project establishment
Engage with the CFR during the pre-sales phases
Drive adherence to standardized project metrics as part of project establishment

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements
A minimum of 8 years Ericsson Project Management experience, preferably with exposure to international & multi-domain projects
Ericsson certification as Senior CPM (ESPM) in any specialization (PMP/PRINCE2/AIPM certification is required if not Ericsson-certified)
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (IT or electrical), Business / Finance or an associated discipline, or equivalent professional experience
