Job Description:
The Publisher Services team is a fun, fast moving team of successful account managers, building relationships and growing revenue across our portfolio of publishing clients. With a UK wide remit and working with some of the strongest products in the industry, the successful candidate will lead the team achieve a 4th successive year of double digit revenue growth.
You’ll have ownership of a small number of high value client accounts and will use your expertise in the digital advertising world to develop the value of AOL’s partnerships with some of the biggest names in the industry.
This is a ‘lead by example’ role. You’ll nurture the Account Managers you work with by showing them what best practice really looks like. You’ll teach, you’ll coach and you’ll lead – and you’ll have fun too!
Key Responsibilities
• Agreeing revenue targets with internal department heads
• Meeting agreed revenue and cross selling targets
• Supporting the sales team to win new business
• Regular reporting on performance to targets
• Leading and managing a team of Account Managers
Qualifications
The targets set for 2016 are ambitious so a target driven, results oriented approach is a must, as is a deep knowledge of the digital advertising, programmatic trading, media buying and planning, advertising eco system.
With extensive experience in the digital advertising industry – ideally, working for an ad network, Publisher, SSP or DSP, you’ll be a proven people leader with a flair for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
