Director Marketing EMEA Apttus London

Job Description:
Apttus is looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B marketer to oversee all of the marketing activities for the EMEA region, located in our offices in London, England. This person will be responsible for developing and executing a fully optimized marketing plan for the EMEA region and supporting a rapidly growing sales organization with best-of-breed marketing strategies. We have a fun, friendly, and fast-moving marketing team and we are looking for someone to join in on the fun in this rapidly growing region.

The Director of Marketing, EMEA will lead the charge in building and maintaining a high powered marketing program that propels the Apttus brand and produces quality leads for sales to drive exponential pipeline and revenue growth for the EMEA region.

Primary Responsibilities For This Role Include
Manage a team of marketing programs managers to drive pipeline growth for both the Commercial and Enterprise EMEA sales teams
Develop and optimize EMEA demand generation strategy to:
Achieve and exceed quarterly marketing demand generation and opportunity creation targets
Develop compelling demand generating campaign concepts for our Sales Operations, Legal, and Finance audiences across defined strategic vertical markets
Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaign that build pipeline and mature existing opportunities; this includes strategy, creative direction, campaign objectives, validation, and alignment with regional sales leaders and product marketing managers
Provide guidance to global team on creating a strategy and execution plan for marketing to the existing EMEA database of leads from all marketing channels to drive high quality MQLs
Oversee execution of regional PR plan. Develop relationships with key press and influencers in EMEA region in support of Global Brand and PR objectives.
Develop and nurture relationships with the EMEA customer base to support global customer marketing initiatives such as case study creation, user group management and customer advocacy programs
Support global partner marketing goals by identifying new partners for increased partner reach throughout Salesforce eco-system. Regular interface with and create partner marketing programs that achieve brand and revenue growth objectives.
Work with the global Marketing Operations function to analyze performance of all regional marketing activities on a weekly basis.
Develop content promotion activities across marketing tactics (social networks, paid search, content syndication, press/influencer, partner, blog, display, web and email)
Oversee web-marketing strategy for EMEA region, including local language sites and regularly interface with Global inbound marketing team to develop and refine SEM strategy for EMEA regions.
Act as key point of contact owning the relationship with corporate marketing at U.S. Headquarters and a key point of escalation for the EMEA marketing team.
Be an active member and thought leader within the global marketing team.

Required Skills/ Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or a technical field, advanced degree preferred by not required
Minimum 6 years experience in marketing or demand generation for business-to-business software or SaaS solutions
Deep knowledge of multi-channel marketing activities that create exponential revenue for the EMEA inside sales and enterprise sales teams.
Experience creating creative and thought-provoking marketing campaigns targeted to multiple buyer personas Experience running and overseeing execution on regional events for marketing and sales
Understanding of Marketo, SFDC, and other advanced marketing technologies
Ability to manage a team of marketing managers to execute various campaigns across multiple verticals and product lines
Ability to prioritize and manage various projects based on the current business requirements and landscape
Strong communications skills a must both written and oral.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams.
Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Fluency in a second European language preferable (German, French, Dutch)
