Job Description:
As the Head of EMEA Account Management you will be responsible for building and managing the account management team that supports our partners across the region. You will need to identify and execute upon key levers across our varied book of business for accelerating business growth, account performance and partner satisfaction.
You will also be tasked with coaching and developing our next generation of rock stars, who delight our partners and drive our business forward.You will also be responsible for working with our Account Management leadership team globally to identify and enhance tools and processes that can streamline our global approach to account management and increase our operational efficiencies, as well with working with various cross functional teams to ensure that these tools are built and rolled out and processes implemented.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow the EMEA Channel Sales Account Management team. Implement processes for driving business growth and solving partner problems across whole book of business.
Develop strategic account management plans with eye toward identifying creative, business-generating initiatives at scale.
Lead cross-functional teams (with Marketing, Sales Operations, Editorial/Optimization, Product) toward common goal with specific partners and/or business generating targets.
Forecast, report and deliver on business growth and other key metrics, including tracking actual progress toward forecasts.
Work with other Global Account Management leaders to develop a comprehensive strategy for Account Management.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Related experience, e.g. in sales or marketing at a technology or media company.
Management experience, e.g. involving running account management teams.
Preferred qualifications
MBA.
Relevant experience in developing channel or agency businesses or working with small business merchants; demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously
Strong people manager, with history of growing careers and skill sets of direct reports
Good understanding of wide range of tools and processes that can be used to improve operational efficiencies and workflows
Deep digital marketing experience with knowledge of AdWords and other Google advertising products
Track record of achieving quarterly goals e.g. CSAT.
