What you'll do
You'll be delivering our LTS Sales Strategy, including customer acquisition and retention campaigns, across all sections of LTS. This will involve liaising with stakeholders across Lombard and RBS, and working closely with the central marketing teams, to ensure we're using all available channels effectively, to communicate our proposition to existing and prospective customers. You'll also be working closely with the Regional Sales Directors, on both online and offline strategies. You'll develop a deep understanding of the make up of the LTS customer base, market trends and developments, and how best we can position ourselves to build for the future.
In the course of your work you'll be:
using your market expertise to produce and collate leads for our sales teams
working with strategy teams to ensure that channel specific acquisition and retention activity reflects and complements our brand direction and business strategy
using intelligence from customer insight to implement renewals strategies which encompass segmentation by channel, price, term length and asset type
working with the central marketing team to engage and work alongside Industry specialists, journalists and trade bodies to help raise awareness of Lombard within the marketplace
What you'll bring
We're ideally looking for a highly motivated individual who has experience in a technology related environment and a strong understanding of asset based lending. You'll need excellent commercial acumen and a forward looking approach, combined with up to the minute understanding of our client base and the market position, to help us deliver and develop our strategy and campaign programme across all available channels.
You'll also be an assured and flexible communicator, able to work influentially with a wide range of senior stakeholders, foster collaboration and talk convincingly about strategic matters. You'll be able to draw on a record of delivering high quality work and effectively managing medium to long term projects and strategies within a challenging and fast paced environment.
