In the role as Senior Director, you become responsible for raising awareness of The LEGO Group as a responsible and sustainable company towards parents, children, employees, legislators and other relevant stakeholders.
More specifically, you will:
- Set your own team with capabilities within sustainability, materials reputation, stakeholder engagement and partnership management
- Develop and drive a new approach to supply chain engagement in close collaboration with procurement and our social responsibility team
- Ensure balance between our reputational mission and sustainability technical ambitions
- Drive the development of the responsibility facility in the new SMC building
- Engage in debates and ensure alignment on difficult trade-offs and dilemmas regarding sustainability

With your eye for strategy and planning, you know how to build and drive engagement and reputation plans into the minds of multiple stakeholders. You execute great leadership, enabling you to create a high-performance environment and manage a diverse team of deep functional experts.
Moreover, you have:
- Significant experience with stakeholder management and supply chain engagement
- Experience with leading a global team, preferably working with sustainability strategies in a FMCG company
- A relevant degree within engineering, business or environmental fields
- Fluency in English and an ability to travel 30-40 days per year
