KPMG are currently looking fo a Bid/Business Development Manager to suppot on a large project for one of our governmental clients. This will be on a 6 month contract initially.
This will be to design processes, templates, approval criteria for KPMG proposals to Government Departments for Type 2 – 4 opportunities, plus new requests that will come from the client. Essentially this is 'new business' to KPMG under the client contract and each opportunity we need to manage as a mini-proposal

- Lead bid factory team (c4-5 Project Managers)
- Manage overall delivery of new proposals to Engagement Team members, including liaising with curriculum and commercial leads
- Ensure all proposals meet agreed quality standards and are within approved criteria
- Escalation to Engagement Team lead (or Engagement Leadership) where proposal varies outside agreed thresholds
- Relevant reporting/tracking of pipeline of proposals
- Review and critique of individual proposals, working with Project Managers to upskill them in what is expected
