We have an exciting permanent ER Manager vacancy within the UK team and are looking for a passionate associate advocate to join us in our work. The role will help us establish mechanisms that allow us to continuously improve associate experience by:

· Working in partnership with a designated number of Fulfilment Centers. You will develop strong relationships with senior leaders by listening attentively, speaking candidly and treating people with respect. You will provide feedback on the delivery of key ER programs and leadership for the buildings you partner with as well as support the development of local engagement plans
· Developing and leading on key engagement programs and projects
· Being right a lot. You will use strong judgment and good instincts to respectfully challenge decisions when you disagree, even when doing so is uncomfortable
· Acting as a subject matter expert on employee relations issues as and where required
· Creating and communicating a bold direction that inspires leaders and associates alike

The role


· Partnering with Country Leaders in HR and Operations and on occasion across the EU Network, to design and deliver associate engagement improvement programs
· Take ownership for the design and delivery of network level programs
· Reviewing existing programs to ensure that they remain focused on the most important associate issues
· Develop effective and credible relationships with colleagues and the business to promote positive employee relations interventions
· Ensuring that associate experience is at the heart of operational decision making
· Supporting the design and delivery of organizational change within the business
· Acting as a Subject Matter Expert and Partner to designated sites on ER and Engagement matters
· Work collaboratively with HR, the ER team and the wider business to identify trends in ER and propose recommendations that facilitate change


Basic Qualifications

You will have
The flexibility to travel to our fulfilment centers across the UK on a regular basis sometimes overnight
· The ability to successfully manage your own time often managing multiple priorities
· A passion for improving associate engagement and experience
· The ability to and experience of influencing at a senior level, taking seriously you role in coaching others
· Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
· Significant experience in the application of policies, procedures and HR/ER best practice
· Confidence to communicate with associates at all levels, with a style that is clear, engaging, coaching and collaborative

· A flair for innovation and invention. We always seeks ways to invent and simplify and you will have a working knowledge of new thinking in the ER space
· Demonstrable talent for managing multiple stakeholder relationships
· An infectious drive for continuous improvement
· An attention to detail with an appetite for quality and an ability to dive deep into data
· Confidence in managing in ambiguous situations as well as an abundance of common sense
