The Network Operations RMA (Return Material Authorization) Team works closely with the other project managers and network engineering groups within Google in order to ensure the network stays up and running to deliver services efficiently. The team is responsible for ensuring that any network material failures are quickly actioned, replacement parts sent to required locations, and failed parts returned back to vendor. This position is responsible for managing projects supporting this overall operation and ensuring it continues to run effectively and efficiently.
On a day-to-day basis you will drive process improvement and apply general problem solving skills across logistics, hardware technicians, external vendors, and network engineers. Your projects will span multiple regions, so being able to keep the team coordinated and on task is a necessity. You will use analyses and strategies to determine possible solutions and aid the team in implementation.

Responsibilities
Serve as primary escalation to assist first line support RMA coordinators.
Escalate issues as appropriate to more senior program managers within project scope.
Research and develop new processes that ensure overall efficiency.
Interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
Strong customer service focus, with the ability to communicate with highly technical management teams while managing multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing small to medium project(s).
Reverse logistics or supply chain experience
Experience managing projects within various ticket queues environments.
Experience working with a large team to effectively complete complex projects.
Able to work independently with flexibility to tackle a wide variety of projects.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
