You’ll be responsible for all aspects of leading programmes and large complex projects within our Global Transaction Banking GTB) Transformation Programme, in areas such as Client Money, Trade and Payments.

To be successful in this position, you’ll need experience of leading a range of programmes and large complex projects, particularly as a Change Manager or Project Manager within Global Transaction Banking with another financial organisation.

Ideally, your work experience should be supported by qualifications such as MSP (Managing Successful Programmes), APMP or another similar methodology.

You’ll have the ability to challenge the norm combined with great stakeholder skills to achieve results. You’ll be adept at managing and influencing virtual teams, including business and IT, as well as working with third party suppliers.
