Facebook is seeking an experienced Creative Agency Partner to work with leading UK creative agencies to help them better understand Facebook and Instagram’s advertising solutions. The focus of this role is to help agencies see Facebook and Instagram as powerful creative canvases for solving client business problems. You will contribute to a high calibre team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic POV with respect to how creative agencies relate to the Facebook family of apps and services – opportunities, collaboration model, scoping, content creation, etc
Firmly establish Facebook & Instagram as leading brand building and business driving platforms in the eyes of all Agency constituents (with a specific focus on the strategic planning & creative departments)
Act as the primary liaison, internal advocate and thought leader for your agency partners with a specific focus on key C-Level and influencer constituents
Create and collaborate on education & inspiration focused programming that has a scaled impact on various constituents (media, digital, strategic planning and creative) across the agency
Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all agency constituents
Execute local / regional Facebook deals with agencies where applicable
Drive growth, adoption and advocacy within the agency through a strategic focus on priority accounts
Track revenue performance across the agency portfolio and determine corrective measures where needed
Support media agency team, vertical, SMB, and Creative Shop teams in identifying and pitching transformational opportunities to clients
Senior PoC for the agency responsible for shepherding opportunities/enquiries to the right team within Facebook
Requirements
Deep understanding of the creative agency development process and ability to partner and consult across brand strategy, creative, and comms planning teams
Significant experience in Brand Advertising or Creative Agencies, leading businesses or accounts
Personal network in place with leading creative agencies and within broader industry, and proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of strategic relationships
Strong understanding of Facebook user behaviour and how digital/mobile advertising works
Ability to translate technical or complicated ideas into ordinary and simple terms
Ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders, and ideally experience of working in matrix organisations
Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
