The right person for this role will have experience with online and offline marketing, making data-driven decisions, and influencing others. You must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (analyzing traffic data and solving problems). Key responsibilities:
· Conceptualizing, building, and executing growth marketing of Prime Now, including creative development, targeting segmentation, and performance analysis
· Driving traffic growth from multiple sources, including free and paid channels
· Deep understanding of the customer, with obsessive understanding of new products, trends, and opportunities
· Create and presenting high-quality documents and presentations to senior leadership both inside and outside the company
· Determining the appropriate methods and systems of metrics for measuring and monitoring marketing effectiveness
· Create cooperative marketing programs with leading partners
· Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives
· Partner with country marketing managers to ensure effective activation of marketing strategy by country
· Facilitate expansion of Prime Now in new markets
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree required
· Proven marketing experience in a fast-moving consumer-facing business
· Strong understanding of online marketing ecosystem and deep understanding of all online marketing channels (e.g. Direct, Social Media, Display, Affiliate, E-Mail, SEM, SEO)
· Expertise with customer segmentation, engagement marketing, targeting, and database marketing methods.
· Has demonstrated an ability to achieve exceptional results with limited marketing budget
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to use customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up intuition and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
· Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
· High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels
· Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Preferred Qualifications
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analysis
· Thought leader with a solid understanding of the key business drivers and customer dynamics in the digital media, commerce, advertising, mobile, and high-tech industries
- Marketing experience specific to driving mobile-app downloads
· Passion for big challenges and a good sense of humor
· MBA preferred
