The Requirements

Corporate Transaction Team

The Corporate Transaction Team originate, structure and executive acquisition finance and complex debt transactions for Williams & Glynn Corporate Banking.

Skills

As a Director, you will utilise your skills and experience to develop business performance by:

Developing and leading marketing and deal origination plans for your region.
Building and maintaining a market profile and network of professional contacts and intermediaries.
Providing high quality analysis and effective leadership execution of structured finance debt transactions across the SME, Corporate and Financial Sponsor markets.
Having personal impact and being recognised by the market as a confident, reliable and responsible decision-maker who can defend/support own decision when challenged and with a proven track record of delivering.

Experience

Proven risk assessment, monitoring and control skills in a broad range of corporate banking situations.
In depth and demonstrable knowledge of all aspect of the deal process.
In depth knowledge of credit processes and policy and strong credit experience.
In depth knowledge and application of financial modelling techniques and negotiation of banking legal documentation.
Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills.
Experience of analysing complex financial information and identifying/structuring appropriate solutions.
Demonstrable current knowledge of banking market developments, pricing and participants.
Team Player.
Proven people management skills and ability to lead teams to achieve.
Obtained appropriate professional qualifications.
