This role has direct responsibility for the design, development, deployment and communication of global compensation, recognition, and performance management programs for Lenovo’s sales employee population.
In addition the role with have responsibility for providing compensation consulting to client groups in Lenovo in EMEA. They will represent the needs of their client groups in the design and execution of global compensation programs, as well as providing specific compensation solutions to their client groups as required.

Position Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance-related area
o Masters degree or CCP certification a plus
8-10 years experience in compensation-related roles, including:
o Design, development and implementation of sales compensation frameworks across multiple countries in complex multi-channel sales organizations
Country, regional and global experience
o Strategic and operational
Executive compensation experience; Board / Compensation Committee experience is ideal
Experience in managing people / teams and building successful virtual team
Experience working at a global or multi-national company
Excellent analytical skills and abilities
Strong financial acumen
Proven project management / planning experience
Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities, with attention to detail
Strong communications skills (both written and verbal)
Collaborative, with an ability to work across teams & cultures
Results orientation; drives continuous improvement in process/plans
Comfortable in working amid ambiguity and change
Flexible and adaptable; innovative thinker
Proficient with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
