Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Administer, implement and manage basic to moderatecomplex compensation, benefit & work life programs, plans, initiatives for AOL Global Operations.
2. Support the design, modeling, implementation andadministration of compensation programs globally.
3. Implement, communicate and administer compensationpolicies and process for the company.
4. Manage and support the detailed implementation of theGlobal Benefits Platform across all countries.
5. Manage payroll Vendor ensuring a seamless servicedelivery to AOL Global Operations.
6. Support the implementation and administration of theAnnual Review Program.

7. Partner with our Business Advisors to review requestsfor salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, andpractices and review requests for revised classifications to determineappropriate salary grade assignment.
8. Partner with the business advisors to review andanalyze employee compensation for internal equity and market competitiveness.

Desired Skills & Experience

Skills/Experience Required
1. Demonstrated knowledge of compensation and benefitsconcepts and theories.
2. Experience managing compensation and benefit functionacross several countries.
3. Experience in compensation analytics and modeling.
4. Excellent analytical, numerical and problem solvingskills.
5. Proven project management experience, ideallyinitiating and implementing payroll systems and process.
6. Results driven with strong interpersonal skills.
7. Strong business acumen, ideally technical industryexperience.
8. High level of attention to detail
