Head of CDMC and Health & Safety Compliance - Director designate
Queensborough Group wishes to appoint an executive to head up and grow the CDMC and H&S compliance business within a privately owned SME Group. The person should possess energy, determination and gravitas to create and grow a profit centre as an integral part of a small group of businesses working in synergy to develop group wide opportunities reporting to the Group Managing Director.
Desired Skills & Experience
The candidate should be professionally qualified including NEBOSH, Risk and CDMC and experienced in running a CDMC and H&S compliance and associated services and could come from a small business or larger group wishing to join an ambitious and dynamic SME and must possess qualities to add value, increase business revenues and profits.
The role should be seen not as a job but an opportunity to join a small private enterprise where results are rewarded and profits shared. The candidate must have an attitude to be hands on, engage in fee earning work, build on existing client relationships and bring new opportunities to the business.
The position is based in London with assignments across the UK. The group has offices in London and Kent and plans to open an office in Abu Dhabi during 2011.
