Job Description

Overview

Manage SAP HCM and all other HR Information Systems throughout the regions (APAC, Western Hemisphere and EMEA) and responsible for the maintenance and security of the Global HRIS Operations.

Responsibilities

Interface with Corporate & Regional Management in order to manage and maintain all HR Data and Systems, managing and producing the required information in the required format
Lead the SAP Implementation globally working with the SAP IT Project Team and manage the interface between IT and specifically Business Intelligence
Manage the interface between Human Resources (HR) and Finance for all HR Matters and act as the champion and focal point of expertise for the regional pay rounds
Provide and effective and comprehensive HR data and HRIS provision system
Contribute as required to the review and development of Pall HR Strategy
To introduce continuous improvement methods and techniques into HR to improve the support to the Regional businesses
Contribute to the global salary banding process and be the interface with Compensation & Benefits (C & B)
Manage the Regional HRIS Leads

Desired Skills & Experience

Education & Experience

Good Degree and preferably Masters
Highly numerate and computer literate
Advanced level knowledge of Regional DP, Privacy and Employment Law
Expertise in Job Evaluation and Salary Administration
Sound HR knowledge and qualification
Experience with Lotus Notes Databases advantageous
Proven experience in managing SAP HCM
Full working knowledge of OM & PA
Experience in implementing SAP modules and understanding of all SAP HCM modules e.g. Compensation, Talent Management highly advantageous
Must be prepared to work unsociable hours, hold a current drivers licence and be able to travel abroad
