Job Description

As a Head of Internal Communications at Aviva Investors, your responsibilities will include:

Leading a dedicated team of four internal communication professionals, operating within an account management structure. This approach focuses on building relationships with senior leadership teams across the business to identify and define internal communication needs.
Leading on the ongoing implementation of a global internal communications strategy, working closely with the Marketing and Communications leadership team and regionally based senior colleagues.
Leading on delivery of project based activity alongside overseeing the successful delivery of “business as usual” communication through a defined suite of communication channels.
Building and maintaining relationships with Aviva Internal Communication colleagues and contributing to Group strategy and project based discussions through a range of forums.

The successful candidate:

Strong relevant experience working in an in-house internal communication role.
Knowledge of the financial services industry desirable and asset management even more so.
Experience in global/international organizations with matrix structures desirable.
