Your highly professional team will look to you to provide commercial direction and leadership for all sales, retention, and relationship, campaign and proposition management across our corporate and middle markets. With your extensive experience in the energy environment, you’ll thrive on challenging, inspiring and innovating in equal measure to ensure the focus for resources are implemented to the maximum effect to differentiate our proposition and yield impressive results.
Market penetration, competitor analysis, pricing strategies, customer behaviour, branding… you will interrogate and absorb all the information available to develop your strategies and targets. However, it’s your ability to clearly interpret and define the solutions that will make you such a valuable asset and ensure your team is setting the agenda in the marketplace.
With this in mind, you’ll need to be an accomplished senior manager with excellent all-round communication and leadership skills who enjoys setting the pace of change and the challenge of delivering success in a complex and demanding business environment. Your commercial acumen, analytical mind and knowledge of the modern energy environment and its regulatory demands means that you can create initiatives and direct your team to focus on results and increasing market share.
