Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a very senior manager to take overall day to day responsibility for the operational management of contracted services for Queens and King George Hospital. We are looking for a manager who has managed multimillion turnover contracts previously and who has had responsibility for large management teams and contracts previously.

Desired Skills & Experience

Graduate level or equivalent qualifications
Experience of managing multiple services in NHS Hard and Soft environment
Understanding of managing PFI contracts
Demonstrable ability to manage and motivate teams
Financial awareness and PC skills
Ambition and resilience in management and work ethic
A team player and effective communicator with the ability to influence key decision makers
Proven ability to plan and achieve results in difficult situations and in limited timeframe
Ability to manage operations against an agreed specification demonstrating strong P&L expertise, commercial awareness and core numeracy skills
