Job description

Wipro Consulting Services has a brand new Consulting Partner opportunity within our GTM Practice focused on a cluster of Oil and Gas accounts.

The role would suit an individual with 15+ year’s global Big4 Consulting experience with direct experience within Oil and Gas accounts in the Middle East / KSA region.

We would like to consider European or US passport holders, who have previous experience working in the Middle East.

Role Function
The role will work alongside the Global Client Partner's within specified Oil and Gas accounts, to develop the Consulting footprint by focusing and building strategic partnerships and managing consulting delivery, growth and operations.


You will work in collaboration with the CEM's and GCP's to successful execute engagements together with project managers and client teams. This includes consistent oversight of performance and deliverables and recognition of risks to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop new consulting sales at target accounts including extension and expansion of existing delivery
Develop client account strategy together with account teams
Develop and enhance long term relationships with senior level executives across the client business
Play an advisory role to project leadership on target accounts
Monitor consulting project performance and deliverables and maintain high levels of client satisfaction during delivery
Manage expectations and alignment between client teams and stakeholders
Facilitate client meetings and communicate client activities and issues
Meet or exceed assigned order and profitability targets

Good relationship building and sustaining skills – Used to working with and selling to senior clients (CxO and their teams).
Strategic, analytical and problem solving mind-set. Must have an aptitude for analytical concepts and thinking
Creative and motivating team leader/player
Quantitative, fact-based approach to team based problem solving and strategic approach to addressing issues and offering solutions.
Solid business acumen, with an understanding of current market trends, risks and prevalent technologies used in the Oil and Gas sector.
Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication style, with a solid ability to confidently build a strong rapport with project teams and the client.
Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude, with a strong desire to learn and shape your own career path.
Commitment to making a positive lasting client impact.
The ability to succeed in a professional environment where client and project direction is not always well defined. Qualified candidates will understand how to produce results when working with ambiguity and in challenging client environments and/or new business areas.

Experience



Significant professional experience in a top consulting organisation at Senior Consulting, Director, Associate Partner or Partner level.
Proven ability to identify client issues/ opportunities and to work with client and colleagues to craft winning proposals
Experience as an effective driver of sales - proposals, etc.; Proven ability to sell consulting outside of the IT organization
Proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments.
Powerful verbal / written / presentation / facilitation / communication / relationship building / social networking skills
Current network within Oil and Gas sector at CxO level in KSA region
Experience facilitating high level client meetings and managing a robust portfolio of client projects
Ability to understand a client’s business organization, as well industry and segment trends
Industry domain depth
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
Willingness to be onsite at a client location and able to travel extensively to support the needs of the business
Excellent client presence and proven client relationship building capability; willing to provide senior / top level client references
Experience with global delivery
Degree qualified preferred



Location / Travel:

Based in KSA region
International travel required

Salary

Good Basic + Incentive which is paid based on order bookings – typical $8-10Mpa
