Job description

Three new roles have been created within the B&I and Heritage division in order to support the growth of the organisation. One role will support London, one will support our Southern region, located preferably in the Swindon area, and the other role will support the North, ideally located around the Leeds area.

Reporting to the relevant Regional Managing Director this role is responsible for increasing market share, delivering sustained growth and net operating profits by retaining and developing existing businesses, and creating and implementing operational strategies across the area of responsibility.

Accountable for managing and developing Operations Managers to deliver innovative solutions and quality service in line with business objectives and company standards.
