As a UX Architect the key aspects of your role will be:

· Be a passionate user advocate and evangelising UCD within your project and to your client

· Build close relationships with your client, understanding their needs and their customers' needs, and providing solutions that meet or exceed requirements

· Manage and Develop a team or practitioners working with cross functional project teams including graphic designers, developers, client stakeholders, and sponsors within a UCD framework to ensure delivery of usable interfaces

· Providing consultancy-level expert advice and research design to clients on customer experience, usability and information architecture issues and evolving engaging experiences for end users

· Delivering all the required UCD assets, from conception to personas and prototypes

The key skills we are looking for to complete this role are:

· Team leadership

· Project Management

What other qualifications or skills do I need?

· MSc in Human Computer Interaction or

· BSc in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology or Social Anthropology

· Other Science or design qualifications considered with relevant experience

This role is to work within our Mobility User Experience Team
You will have the opportunity to be a key player in a relatively new and fast-growing group and help to develop the Mobility Business further in Accenture. You will be part of a great team of people spread out over the UK, Finland, Japan, Korea, US, India, China, Latvia and Australia. Successful candidates may also have the opportunity to work at other sites.
