Job description

The Director of European Channel & OEM Sales is part of the global sales & business development group and will be responsible for driving revenue through the development of highly strategic and mutually beneficial partner solution sales initiatives.
Working closely with internal product & engineering, field sales, marketing and consulting services teams, you will be responsible for overall joint solution development, go to market strategy, and growing revenue through highly effective partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring their passion and a highly energetic entrepreneurial spirit to build on strong solution sales expertise, deep product knowledge & understanding of technology as well as experience in managing complex projects & partnerships. A successful background in direct sales with experience in partner management, business development and product management is highly desired. Experience in the digital media, telecom and OTT/IPTV market is necessary.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Ability to advocate and represent the value of thePlatform to a broad and diverse range of prospective partners and end-customers.
Identify, recruit, develop and manage productive partnerships as needed.
Lead partner sales efforts and represent thePlatform on complex account engagements. Support collaboration with regional sales teams as required.
Support presentations, proposal and tender responses, joint customer meetings, sales negotiations, pipeline management & forecasting.
Take responsibility for overall partner business and go to market plan. Develop scalable high margin business, drive thePlatform product & strategic interests, achieve revenue goals and develop strategy for continued long term growth.
Lead coordination of partner and internal product, engineering, sales & marketing and services teams to develop joint solution, go-to-market and engagement model. Identify key success criteria and provide ongoing management of strategy plan.
Regularly review and adjust strategies based on shifts in technology and market trends.

Experience:
10+ years of software solution sales experience, which includes reseller channel or systems integrator partnerships.
Proven track record of sales success with ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Strong technical knowledge of web-based technologies and software applications.
Proven ability to lead complex sales engagements and manage cross-departmental and regional teams to achieve results.
Solid analytical and negotiation skills.
Outstanding presentation and writing skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across a wide range of audience levels and functions.
Superb organization and time management skills. Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize against rapid timelines and competing priorities.
